
The Haj is not an easy pilgrimage, therefore it is necessary for every pilgrim to prepare themselves with a journey towards piety and constantly express gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala in order to achieve a blessed Haj. The matter was included in a Special Talk at the Jiwa Murni Ceremony of the Ministry of Defence and the Royal Brunei Armed Forces, RBAF which was held on 1st June morning, at Surau Ad-Difa', Bolkiah Garrison.
Present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister at the PRIME MINISTER'S Office and Second Minister of Defence. A special Tazkirah titled 'Lambaian Ilahi' was delivered by Awang Haji Muskrisman Safari bin Haji Mustapa, Religious Development Officer at the Islamic Da'wah Centre. This year, 11 civilians and 12 military personnel from the Ministry of Defence will perform the Haj. The annual event of giving care and concern is an effort by the Ministry of Defence besides to seek blessings from Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala so that intending haj pilgrims will be blessed with good health, strength and achieve a blessed Haj. Also present was Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of the RBAF.
